A little background ....
I started the company in 2008 so all of this is still quite new to me.
Perhaps the most unexpected and delightful surprise has been the charming messages left in the visitors book by our guests :
'Well I am honoured to be the first visitor to your fantastic apartment. It has a wow!! factor as soon as you walk through the door. I can only recommend it thoroughly ....'
'The apartment is absolutely gorgeous and the whole atmosphere was quiet and we had the most romantic week. The view is amazing. You will surely see us here again with more people. Thank you so much for creating a little taste of heaven ....'
'The apartment is amazing, it is so peaceful here and we had the most amazing two days..... We will most definitely be back, for here is where I asked my wife to renew our marriage vows and she said YES.'
'I think that we have found our ultimate location. The views are still spectacular and the rooms are more spacious than we expected and very homely and of course just the one flight of stairs.'
I have to say the house is wonderful and it is not just a house but very much a home. It has a lovely welcoming feeling (thank you again for the presents, so kind) and we had such a relaxing time, the children loved it. My brother and his wife joined us in the pool house and didnt want to leave so I think its safe to say we all fell in love with the property.
We had an absolutely fantastic time at your beautiful home, and have brought home wonderful memories of swimming with the girls, and delightful evenings eating & playing cards, Articulate & RummiKub (new to us, and now on my family Christmas presents list) whilst watching glorious sunsets. We also had a great time with the girls watching the stars, and I saw my first shooting star which was really fabulous.
We have spent a very happy two weeks here. The boys have been in the pool evey day. The whole house has a very relaxing atmosphere which has helped us unwind after a gruelling 18 months since starting our new business!
You never know what to expect when renting a property for 2 weeks (I have done this for the last five years) and we have been very pleasantly surprised! The gifts on arrival were a nice touch and the stylish decor has contributed to the feel of the holiday.

I love reading people's comments and would be really disappointed should anyone come to our house or apartments and fail to have a good time. I am of course happy to put you in touch with any of the people who have stayed in our properties if you would like to talk to someone who has had first hand experience of visiting one of our properties.
The prices vary tremendously from one property to another and from one season to another. But as a rough guide, prices in Ramsgate start at £175 for a weekend in the winter at Lyndhurst Road to £1075 for a week in the summer in The Penthouse. Rocking Horse House in France is £850 in the winter and up to £1900 in the summer for a week.
It is always worth calling or emailing if you have a last minute request as we shall always try to accommodate you and if you wish to plan a reunion, or to go with a number of friends, and would like to take several of the apartments in Ramsgate then of course we shall look at the best possible price for you.
